Job Title: Desktop Support Technician Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician to join our team at Cynet Systems. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users, ensuring their devices are running smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities: * Image Windows devices to the latest version * Provide 2nd level support for users * Unbox and pack equipment for remote locations * Perform hardware and software installations * Troubleshoot endpoint encryption issues with McAfee * Work in Active Directory * Provide accurate asset information in the ticketing system * Refresh end-user devices according to schedules * Assist with inventory activities as required * Maintain an incident/IMAC resolution/closure rate of 5+ tickets per day * Work with Service Now * Interact with customers effectively * Document end-user issues properly * Backup and restore end-user data Requirements: * Strong technical skills and knowledge of Windows devices * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for IT support, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
