Job SummaryThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager. As the primary ambassador of the Stine brand, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with existing dealers and recruiting new dealerships to increase sales.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Stine seed products and services applicable to the assigned territory.
- Manage existing dealer accounts and recruit new dealerships to increase sales.
- Communicate and implement Stine's sales programs and policies within the assigned territory to meet sales goals.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales Agronomist to provide sales support and enhance relationships with customers.
- A minimum of three years of ag experience, including previous experience in agronomy, crop production, or seed sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of proven sales techniques and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently to meet established goals.
- Prior experience in dealer development and retention is highly preferred.
The estimated annual salary for this position is around $65,000-$85,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
