Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at Insight Global. As the main point of contact for our front desk reception, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to daily inquiries
  • Greeting internal and external stakeholders
  • Processing and distributing mail
  • Maintaining office equipment and supplies
  • Receiving and maintaining records for forms of payment with Finance

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in customer service and administrative work in an office environment
  • Front Desk/Reception experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized and able to handle confidential information

  • Competitive pay rate of $24-27/hour
  • Benefits package starting on the 31st day of employment, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching
