Role Summary
The Senior Salesforce Architect will spearhead initiatives to customize and enhance Salesforce, providing essential support to our operations while overseeing a diverse range of critical applications developed on the Salesforce platform. This role includes guiding and managing the Salesforce Development team, ensuring effective performance through leadership and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design and overall application development within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of Salesforce products and their customization and development capabilities.
  • Architect secure and scalable solutions on Salesforce that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure that all solutions and customizations adhere to industry best practices.
  • Maintain architectural integrity and consistency across the product suite.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of Salesforce offerings, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Develop design documentation and implement best practice methodologies.
  • Create and deliver CRM and workflow solutions utilizing Salesforce/Apex, Force, Visualforce, Vlocity, and J2EE technologies in a timely manner.
  • Have a profound understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud and Vlocity within the Healthcare sector.
  • Utilize Salesforce integration capabilities through MuleSoft.
  • Oversee the delivery of architected solutions.
  • Facilitate processes for successful project delivery to end users.
  • Plan and manage application deployment using Azure CD/CI pipelines.
  • Evaluate Salesforce capabilities and limitations to assess the feasibility of requested program changes.
  • Analyze existing information processing systems to enhance production or workflow as necessary.
  • Supervise programming development and testing of interfaces per specifications.
  • Assist with ongoing application maintenance.
  • Mentor team members on best practices and emerging technology needs.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • Experience in complete programming cycles.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years in a leadership role focusing on Salesforce solution design and system administration.

Professional Skills

  • Operational and technical expertise with development tools including Salesforce/Apex, Force, Visualforce, Vlocity, and J2EE technologies; Web Services, REST API, SOSL, SOQL, and Salesforce Security model.
  • Proficient in Process Analysis, Workflows, Page Layouts, Roles, Profiles, Reports & Dashboards.
  • Experience in architecting and building solutions within the Salesforce Portal.
  • Integrating Salesforce using Web Methods, Web services, SSO, etc.
  • Strong familiarity with Microsoft DevOps framework; Content Versioning; Agile methodologies.
  • Extensive experience in Database design, particularly with Microsoft SQL Server (latest version) focusing on T-SQL.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to evaluate and construct effective programming solutions to business challenges.
  • Experience in Marketing and Customer Service within the Healthcare domain.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow.
