Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing efforts to ensure smooth operations and effective campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation and Management
    • Develop and produce marketing materials, including sales flyers, brochures, and company artwork.
    • Coordinate the development and maintenance of company web and social media pages.
    • Design and develop marketing-related presentations, including capability presentations.
  • Campaign Support and Coordination
    • Lead and support targeted marketing/sales campaigns, including product launches.
  • Sales Support
    • Manage the lead generation process within Salesforce for Dejana users.
    • Develop and conduct training of Salesforce processes to Dejana users.
    • Assist in the day-to-day needs/requests of the sales team.
  • Trade Show and Event Planning
    • Coordinate trade shows and events, including logistics, budget tracking, and paperwork.
  • Market Research / Analytics and Reporting
    • Conduct periodic market research for specific markets and/or product lines.
    • Develop and maintain marketing/sales reports for the sales team and leadership.
  • Budget Responsibilities
    • Manage the marketing budget, including tracking expenditures for giveaways, promotions, sponsorships, co-ops, trade memberships, and advertising.
Requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator.
  • Knowledge and experience in a CRM platform, preferably Salesforce.
  • Experience in graphic design and photography is desired.
  • Previous experience in the commercial truck industry is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
