Job Summary

The Sales and Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting the sales and marketing efforts to ensure smooth operations and effective campaign execution. This position requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, graphic design, and photography, as well as experience with CRM platforms and WordPress.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Creation and Management: Produce marketing materials, develop and coordinate company artwork, photo library, and related images, and maintain company web and social media pages.
  • Campaign Support and Coordination: Lead and support targeted marketing/sales campaigns, and assist with product launches and associated material/content required for those launches.
  • Sales Support: Manage the lead generation process within Salesforce, maintain customer records, and ensure clean integration within Salesforce and ERP system.
  • Trade Show and Event Planning: Coordinate trade shows and events, including maintaining trade show calendar/schedule & budget tracker, processes and records paperwork/check requests/and payments, assists in truck/booth logistics, and hotel and travel arrangements.
  • Market Research / Analytics and Reporting: Conduct periodic market research for specific markets and/or product lines, and create periodic marketing/sales reports for sales team and leadership.
  • Budget Responsibilities: Maintain marketing budget by tracking expenditures for giveaways, promotions, sponsorships, co-ops, trade memberships, and advertising.
Requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe PhotoShop and Illustrator.
  • Knowledge and experience in a CRM platform; Salesforce a plus.
  • Experience in graphic design and photography desired.
  • Experience with WordPress, HTML, and Flash.
  • Previous experience in the commercial truck industry desired.
  • Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks and projects and maintain deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills.
