About the Role

As our new Director of Diversity and Inclusion Strategy, you will be instrumental in driving this vision forward. With your extensive experience in inclusion and change management, you will develop and implement strategies that promote cultural proficiency and equitable practices throughout our organization.

You will lead the full life cycle of MLS Inclusion programs and initiatives, from strategy to implementation and execution. This includes partnering with stakeholders on various projects, such as the MLS Maturity Model, MLS Advance, and MLS Intercultural Training. Your expertise will also help us establish meaningful metrics and benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of our inclusion initiatives.

We offer a highly competitive salary range of $200,000-$230,000, based on individual qualifications and market conditions. Our comprehensive Total Rewards package includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, a generous PTO offering, and opportunities for career development and employee engagement.
