Head of Employee Experience

We're looking for a Head of Employee Experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership capacity within smaller/hyper-growth environments. They should have experience in HR strategy, organizational design, training & development, and employee engagement & retention. A proven ability to lead and execute HR initiatives in dynamic, fast-paced, hyper-growth environments is essential.
The estimated salary for this role is $140,000 - $190,000 per year, with an annual bonus eligible. This position reports to Christy Freer, our General Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable HR practices to support our rapid growth.
- Collaborate with the executive team to create and execute strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's mission and goals.
- Establish and refine HR policies, working with legal and our PEO to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws.
- Champion change management efforts to support organizational transitions and new initiatives.
- Build and manage training programs to enhance leadership skills, professional development, and career growth.
- Serve as a culture steward, driving initiatives that enhance employee engagement and inclusion.
