Job Title: Admissions Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Admissions Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Providing clear and accurate information to potential clients and their families about our treatment programs and services.
  • Conducting thorough assessments to determine eligibility and appropriateness for admission to our treatment programs.
  • Facilitating the admissions process, including verifying insurance coverage and coordinating transportation to the facility if required.
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all legal and ethical guidelines regarding client information.
  • Recording and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with potential clients and their families.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a substance abuse treatment facility.
  • A comprehensive understanding of substance abuse disorders, treatment modalities, and recovery processes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate empathy and compassion.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining accurate records and managing the admissions process efficiently.
