Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Managed Care Compliance professional to join our team at the Ohio Department of Medicaid. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Medicaid regulations and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to Medicaid regulations
  • Conduct audits and reviews to identify areas of non-compliance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve compliance issues
  • Provide training and education to staff on compliance policies and procedures
  • Stay up-to-date on changes to Medicaid regulations and guidelines
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. healthcare administration, business)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare compliance or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Medicaid regulations and guidelines
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
