Job Overview

Vail Resorts is seeking a Senior Manager, Frontline Change to lead the development and execution of end-to-end change and culture strategies that enable organizational change agility and bring a culture that supports growth to life.

The ideal candidate will have experience in change management, organizational effectiveness, and employee experience, with a proven track record of driving transformational initiatives and leading high-performing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute change and culture strategies that drive organizational change agility and growth
  • Lead a team of change and culture practitioners to drive a frontline culture that embraces change
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deeply understand business needs and respond to frontline engagement risks
  • Develop and implement strategies for employee listening and engagement
  • Design and execute engagement strategies across various channels to drive awareness and desire

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR, change management, organizational effectiveness, or employee experience
  • Deep knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Proven track record of driving transformational initiatives and leading high-performing teams
