Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at RCG Behavioral Health Network. As a Clinical Director, Autism Services, you will be responsible for providing clinical supervision, developing and implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clinical Supervision: Provide ongoing clinical supervision to ABA Therapists, including monthly check-ins, weekly clinical observations, and feedback.
  • Treatment Planning: Develop, oversee, and modify treatment plans, ensuring they are updated as needed based on data.
  • Family Training: Provide family training that integrates evidence-based behavioral strategies to be implemented in the home and/or natural environment.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with outside agency team members, including IEP teams, SLPs, and OTs.
Requirements
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and licensed by the Board of Medicine.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with children with autism and/or communication disorders.
  • Ability to maintain adherence to the BACB Code of Ethics.
  • Excellent time management skills.
