**Job Summary**

Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a highly skilled Behavioral Health Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our clinical services team, you will be responsible for providing clinical and case management to behavior technicians and clients/families under the supervision of a board certified behavior analyst (BCBA).

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and implement behavioral intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
  • Assist BCBA in behavioral and skill acquisition assessments.
  • Train behavior technicians in the implementation of behavior change plans.
  • Train families, caregivers, and school staff in the implementation of behavior change plans.
  • Assist BCBA in updating behavior change plans and monitoring progress.
  • Provide behavioral services to children with autism or other behavioral disorders.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

**Requirements**

  • Successful completion of BACB 40-hour training.
  • Holds license, certification, or registration in area of behavior analysis.
  • At least one year experience providing behavioral services to children with autism or other related disorders.
  • Preferred experience in providing behavior analytic services in home, school, or community settings.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with appropriate individuals.
  • Computer proficiency required.
  • Current CPR/BLS certification.
  • At least 18 years of age.
