About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Manager to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services. As a Clinical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple mental health programs simultaneously, including Secure Residential Treatment, Non-Secure Residential Treatment, Residential Crisis Stabilization, and Supportive Housing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage clinical services and treatment provision within assigned region
  • Supervise Residential Therapists and document supervision activities
  • Temporarily step into a Residential Therapist role in cases of vacancy or leave of absence
  • Maintain professional confidentiality of personnel, client, and program information
  • Protect client confidentiality while in the community

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in mental health field
  • Licensure as Oregon LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist (strongly preferred)
  • Three years of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
  • Minimum one year of management/managerial experience (strongly preferred)
  • Ability to provide licensure supervision (preferred)
  • Understanding and awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $7,500 - $9,166.66 per month (DOE/Credentials)
  • Additional 5% language differential offered for bilingual or multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired)
