Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of packaging line operators to ensure efficient and effective production
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and optimize packaging line performance
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including OSHA and FDA guidelines
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of production data, including quality control and safety metrics
  • Communicate effectively with management and other stakeholders to ensure seamless production operations
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a packaging or production role, preferably in the beverage industry
  • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams
  • Strong knowledge of packaging line operations, including fillers and conveyance systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
