Municipal Sales Manager

Responsibilities of the Municipal Sales Manager include:
- Formulating a comprehensive sales strategy that encompasses revenue generation and expense management.
- Achieving set sales objectives.
- Establishing individual sales targets for the sales team.
- Monitoring sales performance and reporting outcomes as required.
- Supervising the sales team's activities and effectiveness.
- Collaborating with marketing for lead generation initiatives.
- Providing ongoing training and development for sales personnel.
- Enhancing the sales team's capabilities through motivation, guidance, and product education.
- Promoting the organization and its offerings.
- Understanding the needs of our ideal customers and aligning them with our products.
Qualifications for the Municipal Sales Manager include:
- A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in developing and executing sales strategies.
- Background in customer relationship management.
- Experience in leading and managing a sales team.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Proven ability to lead a sales team effectively.
Additional Information:
Compensation: $100k+ (Dependent on Experience)
Work Environment: Professional Office Setting.
Training/Certifications: Not Applicable.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Travel Requirements: Local travel within the Bay area; a valid driving record is necessary as per company policies.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
