Overview:

Temporary Staffing Professionals is currently in search of a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources division. This temporary position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to enhance their skills within a vibrant HR setting.

Primary Duties:

  • Deliver extensive administrative assistance to the HR team, which includes organizing schedules, facilitating meetings, and preparing essential documentation.
  • Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of HR records and databases, adhering to company policies and regulations.
  • Contribute to the recruitment efforts by preparing relevant paperwork.
  • Act as a liaison for HR-related queries, offering prompt and precise information to staff and external contacts.
  • Manage the filing, scanning, and archiving of HR documents, ensuring they are systematically organized and readily accessible.
  • Execute additional administrative responsibilities as required to support the HR department, including managing communications.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in an administrative role, ideally within an HR context.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with care.
  • A degree in Human Resources or a related discipline is preferred.
