Job Summary

As a System Analyst II (Application/Production Support) at Innova Solutions, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our applications and platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and effective support to our clients, resolving issues and implementing changes to maintain the highest level of service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage MyServices tickets and Sentinus situations to resolution in a 24/7/365 environment using knowledge articles and best practices.
  • Respond to requests and assist in the implementation of changes and tasks using guided instructions.
  • Perform scheduled actions or respond to automated alerts to maintain applications or platforms, with a priority on the production environment.
  • Troubleshoot stoppages, repair bugs, document application performance, and coordinate with technology and/or infrastructure management to resolve issues.
  • Run business processing via schedulers and runbooks.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related field.
  • 5 years of working experience.
  • AWS certification.
  • Basic knowledge of programming languages to comprehend reading code and basic functions.
  • Ability to create business solutions that increase competitive advantage.
  • Project management skills to handle diverse projects and meet aggressive deadlines.
  • Ability to solve technical problems and understand complex details.
