Senior Associate

Fannie Mae is seeking a skilled Senior Associate to join our team in the Application Support and Customer Success department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing technical and business process support to internal and external users of our Collateral Risk Management products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Collateral Risk Management products
- Act as a subject matter expert on Collateral Risk Management products and stay up-to-date on new features and enhancements
- Develop and maintain product management artifacts, user guides, and other documentation to support training and user adoption
- Analyze support inquiries to identify areas for improvement and enhancement of Collateral Risk Management products
- Manage communications related to issues, system outages, and impacts
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
