RN Critical Care PRN Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at Fairview Park Hospital. As a critical care nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team, and contribute to a culture of excellence and patient safety.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and utilize advanced life support skills as needed.
- Participate in performance improvement activities, including quality improvement initiatives and patient safety initiatives.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Current Georgia RN licensure or compact license.
- Acute care or critical care experience preferred.
- Current CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
- Certification in specialty area preferred.
