Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Develop and maintain a safe and efficient work environment, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
- Participate in performance improvement activities and contribute to the development of new policies and procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and technologies, applying evidence-based knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current Georgia RN licensure or compact license.
- Current CPR certification issued by the American Heart Association.
- ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
- Acute care or critical care experience preferred.
- Certification in specialty area preferred.
