Job Summary

As a Mental Health Worker in our Community Crisis Stabilization Unit, you will provide specialized care to consumers in a 24-hour crisis stabilization setting. This is a great opportunity to join our professional team and make a difference in the lives of individuals in crisis.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate individual treatment planning
  • Participate in recreational, therapeutic, and coping activities
  • Encourage consumer health through proper diet and activities of daily living
  • Maintain a secure, safe setting
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology or related field
  • Ability to work with individuals needing intensive support and supervision
  • Ability to remain calm and use good judgment in crisis situations
  • Good communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record
  • Access to a personal vehicle for outreach and client
