About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Outpatient Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Ellie Mental Health. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality mental health services to our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate clinical presentations, diagnose, and create treatment plans
  • Provide excellent customer service and collaborate with a dynamic team
  • Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve their goals
  • Prepare and submit documentation for each session
  • Coordinate services with case managers, families, and other professionals as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field
  • Clinical licensure (LMFT, LMHC, LICSW, LCSW, PsyD, etc.) or be on the path to licensure
  • Experience with completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
