Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Specialist - Clinical Therapist to join our dynamic team. As a full-time or part-time Outpatient Therapist, you will be an integral part of our mission to improve and expand access to quality mental health care. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, providing expert guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and collaborate with our team to further our mission
- Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals
- Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master's degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- Clinical licensure or on licensure track for LMFT, LPCC, LICSW, LP, or equivalent
- Experience with completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Passion for evidence-based therapies, including EMDR, DBT, CBT, and others
- Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Proficient in Office 365 and EHR systems, including collection of co-payments
