Pediatric Mental Health Specialist

Puzzle Pieces, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate mental health clinician to support children ages 12 and younger with a range of pediatric mental health and developmental needs. Our pediatric private practice provides family-centered support from a multidisciplinary team of clinicians, including mental health professionals, speech and language pathologists, and occupational therapists. We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about working with children and families, and who is committed to providing evidence-based, neurodiversity affirming care. Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough assessments to understand the mental health needs of children and their families.
Provide individual, group, and family therapy to support children reaching their goals.
Work closely with parents, guardians, teachers, and others involved to create a collaborative and supportive network for the child.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records using the practice's electronic health records.
Participate in weekly team meetings and internal professional development to support the practice in better understanding the families we work with.
Engage in regular clinical supervision in a 1:1 or small group setting.

Requirements:

A Doctoral or Master's degree in a mental health field from an accredited graduate program, and a license for independent practice in Massachusetts (Licensed Psychologist, LICSW, LMHC, LMHC).
Passion for working with children and families, experience with neurodiverse children preferred but not required.
Willingness to be a true team player with our interdisciplinary team and execute strong communication skills.
