$64,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical quality measures across our organization.

You will work closely with senior leadership, physicians, and nursing staff to design and implement educational processes related to quality metrics. This includes monitoring compliance, analyzing trends, and providing feedback to improve performance.

As a key member of our quality improvement team, you will play a critical role in enhancing patient care and ensuring we meet or exceed regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of clinical quality measures
  • Design and implement educational processes related to quality metrics
  • Monitor compliance and analyze trends to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide regular feedback to staff, management, and physicians to enhance performance
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Minimum three years of RN experience, with at least two years in quality improvement
  • Strong knowledge of nursing processes and quality metrics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
