**Job Description:**

GCI Communication Corp is seeking a skilled Quality Assurance Analyst III to join our team. As a key member of our QA team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our IT systems and integrations.

**About the Role:

This advanced-level position requires minimal supervision and involves performing complex and diverse duties under deadlines and operating constraints. You will develop and implement projects, programs, and procedures of a more complex nature while providing functional guidance to lower-level team members and fostering teamwork within your area of responsibility.

**Responsibilities:*

  • Evaluate incoming client requests for prioritization against backlog and provide input on testing requirements and document level of effort estimates per request.
  • Conduct QA on support processes to ensure that the application and support solution meets quality standards and business needs, suggesting process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Work collaboratively with developers and clients to ensure quality product development and successful deliverables.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining quality assurance procedures and standards.
  • Manage Jira Kanban Boards, Dashboards, and Confluence projects as an application administrator.

**Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you must have a combination of relevant work experience and/or education sufficient to perform the duties of the job. This may include a Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science or a relevant field, along with at least five years of experience in quality assurance, product/project management, configuration/development, business systems analysis, monitoring, or other related experience.

**Preferred Qualifications:

We are looking for candidates with IT project experience, software test certifications, Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Agile Certified Professional (ACP), LEAN Six Sigma, or similar qualifications. Additionally, experience with development of electronic presentation materials, MS Teams, Zoom, Skype, and web analytics/reporting tools is desirable.

GCI Communication Corp offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
