ServiceNow is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Workplace Investigator to join our team. As a key member of our Employee Relations Workplace Investigations team, you will play a pivotal role in conducting complex global workplace investigations, including allegations of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough and impartial investigations, developing investigation strategies, conducting witness interviews, and analyzing electronic and written records.
  • Develop and implement effective remediation plans to address workplace issues and promote a culture of compliance and zero tolerance for unlawful behavior.
  • Collaborate with the Global Employment Law team, Global People Team, Ethics & Compliance, and other teams to further scale and globalize ServiceNow's investigative practices.
  • Provide timely and regular updates to senior personnel and executives, communicating complex information in a concise and thoughtful manner.
  • Continuously improve employee relations processes and employee experience through strategic collaboration with the Employee Relations and Global Employment Law teams.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in conducting workplace investigations, preferably at a private or publicly-traded company.
  • Strong preference for currently licensed attorneys or law school graduates with a background in employment law and/or employee relations.
  • Strong working knowledge of AMS employment laws, HR and employee relations programs, and processes.
  • Ability to set aside personal biases and maintain objectivity and neutrality when working through complex situations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact and communicate effectively with executives, senior leaders, and employees at all levels of the company.
