Financial Crime Investigator

Protect the consumer's and company's financial well-being by utilizing your research, investigation, data analytics, and verification skills to prevent financial crime.
As a Fraud Analyst, you will be immersed in an expanding team within a Fortune 500 Company that is passionate about what they do.
The schedule requirement is Sunday - Thursday with the hours from 1:30pm to 10:00pm.
Salary:
$23 - $24 per hour
Shift:
First
Work hours: 1:30 PM - 10 PM
Education:
Bachelor's degree
Responsibilities
- Investigate flagged potential fraudulent activity cases
- Research flagged potential fraud cases involving gift cards, multi-channel purchases, internal fraud, delivered merchandise, or returns utilizing 15 different software tools and databases
- Retrieve and analyze qualitative and quantitative data related to the fraud investigation cases
- Utilize advanced Excel skills and SQL experience extensively
- Document findings within the internal case management system
- Process, track, and coordinate legal processes and court orders received
- Perform a variety of operational functions and communicate findings, best practices
