Regional Operations Manager

We are seeking a District Manager to supervise at least five restaurant units, ensuring top-notch operations, staff training, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, mentor, and train management staff to uphold brand standards
- Establish certification programs to enhance employee skills
- Evaluate training effectiveness and respond to operational requirements
- Ensure adherence to legal regulations and company policies
- Analyze performance data to drive business improvements
- Identify opportunities for growth and implement sales strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline
- Previous management experience is advantageous
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Additional Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Possession of a valid Class D Driver's License and Automobile Insurance
- Clean background and driving history
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
- Capable of lifting objects up to 20 pounds
- Willingness to work over 40 hours per week as needed
- Comfortable with extended periods of sitting while driving
Salary Range: $56,000 - $62,000
