The A&G Sector of ARA is in search of a Part-Time Facility Maintenance Specialist to carry out custodial responsibilities. You will be tasked with ensuring the cleanliness of our workspace.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare the office for daily operations by managing waste disposal and recycling
    • Vacuum carpets and mop floors
    • Dust surfaces and eliminate cobwebs
    • Sanitize restrooms, sinks, and showers
    • Restock essential supplies (soap, paper towels, toilet paper)
    • Clean and disinfect breakroom counters, tables, and food storage areas
    • Polish conference room tables
    • Perform additional tasks as needed, such as window washing and carpet cleaning
    • Oversee inventory of cleaning materials
  • Qualifications:
    • Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Physical capability to stoop, kneel, bend, and lift
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
