- Develop and implement project schedules, resource allocation plans, and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate potential risks and issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and company policies.
- Monitor and report on project progress, including cost, schedule, and quality metrics.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- 5+ years of experience in construction, with a strong background in project management and leadership.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.
- Bilingual (English, Spanish) or proficiency in other languages.
- Commercial insulation, electrical, controls, communication/wires, low voltage/security, and/or heat trace experience.
- Experience leading/supervising construction crews.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Able to walk, sit, stand, bend, kneel, stretch, squat, and climb.
- Able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Able to work with specialized construction equipment, tools, and materials.
- Be physically active for long periods of time.
- Able to see, talk, and hear in person, via phone, and/or through online/video.
- Able to use hands and fingers in a manner that allows for use of a keyboard and phone.
- Able to lift and carry items up to 50 lbs.
- Requires activities involving being around moving mechanical parts and machinery, exposure to marked changes in temperature and humidity, working at various heights, and exposure to dust, fumes, gases, toxic, caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
- Must be able to travel daily to job sites and meetings.
