Job OpportunityRHP Properties, a leading real estate investment firm, is seeking a seasoned Community Management Specialist to oversee the daily operations of our manufactured home communities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth management of our communities, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily community operations, including rent collection, staff supervision, and maintenance coordination.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and resident satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure timely and effective maintenance of community grounds and facilities.
  • Process and manage financial transactions, including invoices and petty cash.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including employee files and timesheets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the success of our communities.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-3 years of property management experience, preferably in the manufactured home industry.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
