Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

  • Active member of the Maryland Bar.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience as a Corporate Attorney, focusing on mergers and acquisitions, technology agreements, and secured financing transactions.
  • Comprehensive understanding of how legal issues impact organizations.
  • Capability to formulate legal strategy and objectives.
  • Ability to manage workflow from a partner independently with minimal oversight.
