We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Roofing Specialist to join our team at Bartlett Roofing in Boise, ID. This is a full-time position that requires the installation, repair, and maintenance of various commercial roofing systems.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in single-ply installation to NDL specs, shingle installation, metal roofing, and general construction knowledge. OSHA 10 certification and forklift experience are preferred.
This role involves operating and maintaining tools such as welders, nail guns, generators, and compressors while adhering to all safety requirements and protocols on the job site.
Responsibilities include conducting thorough inspections for maintenance and repair contracts, accurately documenting findings for both company and client records. You will also install various commercial roofing products, including single-ply membranes, shingles, metal roofing, and coatings.
The salary for this position is estimated to be $32.50 - $42.50 per hour, based on location and industry standards.
