Air Transport International is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Station Administrator to support the daily administrative functions of our station. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, coordinating with headquarters, and providing administrative support to our station supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our company database
- Coordinate with headquarters to ensure smooth operations and timely communication
- Provide administrative support to the station supervisor, including answering phones, receiving faxes, and routing communications
- Ship and receive materials and correspondence, and ensure accurate inventory management
- Assist with administrative tasks such as time sheet auditing, conference calls, and maintaining station files
- Perform station and fly-away kit inventories to ensure accuracy
- Track incoming and outgoing parts, and assist with travel arrangements for maintenance personnel
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
