Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic leadership to our clinical team, ensuring compliance with BACB guidelines and Virtus Health policies.
  • Develop and implement clinical management and training initiatives to ensure our BCBAs and RBTs are equipped to provide exceptional care.
  • Conduct regular care audits to ensure clinical standards are met and client goals are achieved.
  • Lead the development and implementation of clinical standards, including documentation of supervision and BIP reviews.
  • Collaborate with our operations, HR, and finance teams to ensure seamless integration of clinical and business functions.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to our clinical team members to support their growth and development.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of clinical leadership experience, with 5+ years as a BCBA.
  • Outstanding people management and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate our team.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and navigate complex business systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Location and Travel:

This role is based in our Sarasota, Florida corporate office, with regular travel required to our centers and other locations. Must be willing and able to travel at least 50% of the time, including overnight travel.
