Job Summary

Acceleration Academies is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Academy Director to lead our team in achieving academic excellence. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our academy, ensuring the success of our students, and driving innovation in education.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of educators and staff to achieve academic excellence
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and academic achievement
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and community partners to provide support services to students
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of academic programs and make data-driven decisions to improve student success
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Education or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in education, with 3+ years of leadership experience
  • Proven track record of improving student outcomes and academic achievement
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with teachers, staff, and community partners
