About the Role

Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is seeking a Temporary Full-time Equipment Resource Associate to join our Central Sterile Services team. As an Equipment Resource Associate, you will be responsible for managing medical equipment supplies in a healthcare organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cleaning and maintaining medical equipment
  • Performing functional checks and repairing/coordinating the repair of equipment
  • Issuing and reissuing equipment to patients

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of experience in healthcare, customer service, supply chain, or a relevant area

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1 year of prior healthcare experience
  • 1 year of prior customer service experience
