About the Role

Vitalant is seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Generalist to join our team. As a Medical Laboratory Generalist, you will play a vital role in supporting laboratory operations and contributing to our life-saving mission.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reagents, supplies, and inventory to ensure efficient laboratory operations.
  • Input patient data accurately and maintain accurate records and documentation.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment and identify malfunctions to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct preparation and prequalification of reagents to ensure quality and safety.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or other hard science meeting the CLIA requirements for moderate or high complexity testing.
  • Previous laboratory experience preferred.
