Job Overview:

ACMH Hospital is seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Specialist to join our team in Laboratory Services. As a Medical Laboratory Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality laboratory testing and results to support patient care.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform various laboratory tests and procedures to analyze patient samples and provide accurate results.
  • Operate and maintain complex laboratory equipment, including automated analyzers and microscopes.
  • Conduct quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide timely and effective laboratory support.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with new technologies and laboratory procedures.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Medical Technologist (MLS) Program required.
  • Associate Degree from an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician Program required.
  • Certification by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists or equivalent required.


Work Schedule:

10-Hour Shifts available. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Daylight/Afternoons/Nights shifts available.
