Job Summary:

ACMH Hospital is seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Specialist to join our team in the Laboratory Services department. As a Medical Laboratory Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing accurate and timely laboratory results to support patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of laboratory tests and procedures to analyze patient samples and provide accurate results.
  • Operate and maintain complex laboratory equipment, including automated analyzers and microscopes.
  • Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure accurate and reliable test results.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide timely and accurate laboratory results.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with new technologies and laboratory procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited Medical Technologist (MLS) Program required.
  • Associate Degree from an accredited Medical Laboratory Technician Program required.
  • Must be certified by the American Society of Clinical Pathologists or equivalent.
  • Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

  • Sign on Bonus for MT - $15,000 over 2 years.
  • Sign on Bonus for MLT - $10,000 over 2 years.
