Senior Client Relationship Manager

As a Senior Client Relationship Manager at Wilmington Trust, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service to our sophisticated loan asset managers. With a focus on enhancing overall client experience through technology and continuous process improvement, this role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced growth environment.
The ideal candidate will have a combined minimum of 3 years higher education and/or work experience, advanced Microsoft Office Skills, and the ability to interpret CLO indentures, credit agreements, and various other structured finance documentation. Familiarity with various loan products, such as Bi-Lateral ABL Facilities, SMAs, Private Funds, MM & BSL CLOs, Business Development Companies, is also a plus.
This position offers a competitive salary of $96,572.54 - $160,954.23 (USD), depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including full medical & dental benefits, Health Savings & Flexible Spending Accounts, and life/disability insurance. Additionally, employees enjoy generous paid time off (PTO) plus 11 paid holidays and an option to buy additional PTO.
