Proactive Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team in New York City or Los Angeles. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with clients and driving business growth.
In this role, you will manage a portfolio of Enterprise and SMB clients, developing annual account plans that define the roadmap for client and Relo success. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Executive Leadership to drive strategic account management and thought leadership.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for sports, previous hands-on account management experience, with a SaaS/data background, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This person will serve as the lead point of contact for assigned client accounts, building strong and long-lasting client relationships as their trusted contact translating to retention and revenue growth.
The salary range for this position is $85,000-100,000 per year, with travel expectations up to 40% of the time. If you are a results-driven professional with excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, we encourage you to apply.
