Job Description
This Sales Vice President will lead the Affinity Solutions sales efforts with a defined group of distribution partners in the financial institution market. The ideal candidate will establish and execute effective growth and distribution business plans, develop strong relationships with existing distribution partners, identify target prospects, and work with distribution partners to successfully solicit new Securian business.

The Sales Vice President will conduct frequent sales activities, such as client needs analysis, product briefings, and joint sales presentations. They will also collaborate with internal Securian associates to articulate client and distributor needs and direct the effective and timely completion of Securian product proposals and marketing plans.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years of sales experience, a strong initiative and leadership in building relationships, identifying issues, and working proactively to meet client and business needs. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for daily job functions and reporting and presentation responsibilities.
