Key Responsibilities

  • Meet performance goals established by management, including product sales and referrals, and member interactions per hour.

Qualifications
  • Previous call center experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.

  • Ability to optimize work processes and drive engagement.

Physical Demands
  • Regularly required to sit and use a keyboard, multiple monitors, mouse, and telephone for extended periods.
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, bend, and kneel.
  • Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
Compensation and Benefits
  • $35,000 - $49,000 per year, dependent on experience.
  • Medical, dental, and vision plans, with 90% of employee costs covered and 75% of dependent costs covered.
