- Previous call center experience is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills.

- Ability to optimize work processes and drive engagement.
- Action-oriented and self-developing.
- Regularly required to sit and use a keyboard, multiple monitors, mouse, and telephone for extended periods.
- Frequently required to stand, walk, and reach with hands and arms, bend, and kneel.
- Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 20 pounds.
- $35,000 - $49,000 per year, dependent on experience.
- Medical, dental, and vision plans, with 90% of employee costs covered and 75% of dependent costs covered.
