Role Responsibilities:

As a Member Support Center Specialist, you will engage in sales and service activities via phone, video, and electronic communication to help meet the objectives of Greater Nevada.

Key Duties Include:

  • Delivering exceptional service through various communication channels.
  • Achieving performance targets set by management, including sales and member interaction metrics.
  • Communicating effectively with members through secure messaging and other digital platforms.
  • Adhering to all regulatory procedures, including those related to the Bank Secrecy Act.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Experience in a call center environment is preferred.
  • Background in financial services is advantageous.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to sit and use a keyboard and other office equipment for extended periods.
  • Occasional lifting of up to 20 pounds may be necessary.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Annual salary range of $35,000 to $49,000, based on experience.
