Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Training Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing training programs for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a schedule of mandatory training courses for employees
  • Communicate class reminders and updates to employees
  • Liaise with instructors and other stakeholders to coordinate training schedules
  • Administer the training database and ensure accurate records
  • Assist with recruiting and staffing efforts as needed
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in human resources, training, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
