We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Training Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing training programs for employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain a schedule of mandatory training courses for employees
- Communicate class reminders and updates to employees
- Liaise with instructors and other stakeholders to coordinate training schedules
- Administer the training database and ensure accurate records
- Assist with recruiting and staffing efforts as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in human resources, training, or a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
