Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Solutions Assistant to provide administrative support to our Group Benefits team at Marshall & Sterling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in the testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our HRIS technology and client solutions processes.
  • Provide prompt and efficient system support, including the completion of administrative tasks such as data entry and record-keeping.
  • Serve as a liaison to various service teams to ensure seamless coordination of client activities within our HRIS system.
  • Manage databases and files, inputting information quickly and accurately from various sources into our computer tracking systems.
  • Maintain an electronic filing system for documenting client communications.
  • Generate, maintain, and manage reports to provide analytical support to the Group Benefits team.
  • Build and maintain a favorable and professional work relationship with other staff members.
  • Provide additional administrative support to the Group Benefits team as requested.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by the manager.
Requirements
  • College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other computer systems and operations is a must.
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills are essential.
  • Must always be able to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude.
  • General knowledge of health insurance and products is a plus.
