About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Clean Harbors. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding existing accounts, and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at our clients' organizations
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and lead generation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Manage and control sales expenses, ensuring timely submission of business expenses
  • Assist in the collection of invoiced revenue from customers
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years industry or relevant experience; environmental experience highly preferred
  • Maintain ability to work with little or no supervision
  • Maintain ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Maintain professional appearance
  • Excellent presentation and writing skills
  • Maintain knowledge of State & Federal Waste Codes Regulations as needed
  • Ability to travel as needed
